Problem Note 65939: "ERROR: Unable to transcode data to/from UCS-2 encoding" occurs when you run an SQL query using SAS/ACCESS® Interface to ODBC on SAS® 9.4M5 with UTF-8

When you run an SQL query using SAS/ACCESS Interface to ODBC under the following conditions, you might receive an error:
- You run SAS® 9.4M5 (TS1M5) or SAS® 9.4M6 (TS1M6) in a UTF-8 encoding session.
- You try to read character data that is longer than 32,767 bytes.
In this scenario, you see an error similar to the following:
ERROR: Unable to transcode data to/from UCS-2 encoding.
This is a known SAS/ACCESS Interface to ODBC engine bug in SAS 9.4M5 and SAS 9.4M6.
